the power to choose!!!

while i was working at woodcraft, i discovered how important is to have power to choose what is it that you want things to be done. i found this when i was making cooling rackets and i was able to make them the way that i wanted, well with some specifications that were given to me, but i was able to choose if i wanted them to be all with clear wood or darker one, also there were ones with patters, some were somewhat stripped. but most of the time i tried to match two so that the cooling racket will look good.

as a future teacher i will be able to let my students choose how they want to make their projects and assignments, but also there will be some specifications. also i know the importance of saying i did it, i want my students to be able to say i did this work, this is mine, whenever their work is display for the others to see. i put this under diversity because not all of us have the same ideas when we are put up with an assignment, all of us want to do it different or have different approaches as to how to make it.
